COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Setup

Bring a pot filled with salted water to a boil. Chop the swiss chard, the onion, the garlic and the dried tomatoes. Pick the basil leaves. Cut the salmon into big pieces. Zest the lemon.

Step 2

Cook the pasta

Cook the pasta for around 7 minutes. Reserve 1/3 cup of pasta water (double for 4 people). Drain.

Step 3

Cook the salmon

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the salmon and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.

Step 4

Cook the vegetables

Add another drizzle of oil to the pan. Add the onion, the garlic and cook for around 2 minutes. Add the chard, the sundried tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Step 5

Add the other ingredients

Add to the pan the pasta, the cream, the pasta water, the spices and the salmon pieces. Cook for 2 minutes. Check seasoning.

Step 6

Serve

Plate your dish and serve. Bon appétit!
