120g     Mushrooms
30g       Parmesan Cheese
4oz       Cream
1           Garlic Clove
1sprig   Sage
1/2       Vegetable Broth Cube
1           Shallot
1spig   Parsley
1 tbsp   Cajun Spice
1 tbsp   Apple Cider Vinegar
4 tbsp   Olive Oil (not included)
1cup     Water for broth cube (not included)

      1. 600g     Cheese Tortellini
        240g     Mushrooms
        60g       Parmesan Cheese
        8oz       Cream
        2           Garlic Cloves
        2sprig   Sage
        1           Vegetable Broth Cube
        2           Shallot
        2spig   Parsley
        2 tbsp   Cajun Spice
        2 tbsp   Apple Cider Vinegar
        8 tbsp   Olive Oil (not included)
        2cup     Water for broth cube (not included)
        2tbsp   Butter (not included)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Cook the pasta

In a large quantity of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini and let simmer for 5-8 minutes. Drain.

Step 2

Prepare the ingredients

Peel and mince the shallot and the garlic. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Remove the leaves from the parsley and sage.

Step 3

Cook the mushrooms

In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 Tbsp of butter (double for 4 people) and cook the mushrooms, garlic and shallot for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Make the sauce

Add 1 cup of water (double for 4 people) and 1/2 broth cube (1 cube for 4 people) and simmer over high heat for 5 minutes. Add the cream and cook 5 minutes more.

Step 5

Finish cooking the dish

Add the tortellini, the sage and the parsley to the pan, cover and let sit for 2 minutes off of the heat.

Step 6

Plate your dish

Serve on dinner plate and garnish with parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
