Tasty coated chicken served with rice and fresh salad

2 Chicken Breast
1/2cup Chili Sauce
2 Green Onions
1head Lettuce
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 Red Onion
1 Lemon
3/4cup Rice
1tbsp Honey
1/2 Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Olive Oil (not included)
11/2 Water for Rice (not included)
4 Chicken Breast
1cup Chili Sauce
4 Green Onions
2 Lettuce
2 Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
2 Lemon
1.5cup Rice
2tbsp Honey
1 Chicken Broth
2tbsp Olive Oil (not included
3 Water for Rice (not included)
Setup
Thinly slice the pepper into strips or into cubes. Thinly slice the red and green onion. Cut the chicken into cubes or strips.
Cook the rice
Bring a pot with the water for rice and the broth to a boil. Pour the rice and the broth, cover and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
Make the salad
Mix the lettuce with the pepper, red and green onion (to taste), a drizzle of oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until colored. As preferred, cook the rest of the onion with the chicken. Add salt and pepper. Add 3/4 of the chili sauce and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Plate your dish
Serve the chicken with the rice and the salad. Garnish the chicken with the rest of the sauce. Bon appétit!
