COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Prepare the Parsley and Make the bacon

Chop the parsley and set it aside, then chop the bacon and cook it in a large pan over medium heat for 8 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. Discard most of the fat, leaving some to coat the pan.

Step 2

Cook the chicken

Increase the heat to medium-high. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken in the same pan for 6 minutes, turning to brown on both sides, then remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3

Make the sauce

Bring 2 cups of water (double for 4 ppl.) to a boil and dissolve the broth cube(s) in it.

Mince the garlic.

Add the garlic, broth, brown sugar, and vinegar to the pan. Bring to a boil. Stir in the noodles and half the bacon.

 

Step 4

Cook the noodles

Return the chicken to the skillet, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Add the cream and stir well.

Step 5

Serve

Serve the chicken and noodles with the sauce and garnish by crumbling the rest of the bacon over top along with the chopped parsley.
