Bacon wrapped chicken breast takes this dish into a whole new level. The bacon keeps the chicken breast extra juicy and also adds a delightful smoky flavor glazed in a honey mustard sauce. This meal pairs wonderfully with the roasted broccoli, and parmesan roasted potatoes with a creamy House dressing.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Prepare ingredients

Heat oven to 450 F. Season the chicken with Salt and pepper, wrap each chicken breast with 2 strips of bacon. Wash and dry the potatoes with paper towel. Slice potatoes 1/4 “thick and toss with olive oil and half of the seasoning mix. Add salt to your taste.

Step 2

Cook the chicken

Line a roasting pan with foil and fit it with a roasting rack. Spray the roasting rack with oil. Place the wrapped chicken on a rack. Brush all sides with the mustard honey. Bake Chicken 20-30 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare the potatoes

Place sliced Potatoes in the oven with the chicken and bake for about 30 minute or until browned. Flip the potatoes after 15 minutes. Once browned, top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles and browns.

Step 4

Bake the Broccoli

While both the Chicken and Potatoes bake, place the Broccoli on a sheet pan, drizzle with oil and season with the remaining seasoning mix and salt; toss to coat. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until browned and tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from the oven.

Step 5

Serve

Divide the roasted chicken, potatoes and the Broccoli between your serving dishes. Serve with the House dressing. Enjoy!
