Prepare ingredients
Prepare the salad
Mix the sliced cucumbers, shallot, rice vinegar, honey, mint, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Cover and let rest in the fridge.
Prepare meat
Mix half of the hoisin sauce, garlic, and ginger with ground beef. Salt and pepper. Mix well and shape patties.
Grill the hamburgers
On a barbecue grill or in a pan over medium-high heat, cook the hamburger patties about 5 minutes each side or until cooked to desired doneness. When almost done, add buns to grill to toast them lightly.
Make yogurt sauce
Mix yogurt and sriracha. Mix half with the cabbage.
Garnish burger and serve
Garnish the burger with remaining spicy sauce, the remaining hoisin sauce, hamburger patty and coleslaw.
Serve with cucumber salad.
